I'm so glad my sister told me about this place. I love it! Seriously, some of the best food I have ever had. The Turkish lasagna was so delicious; all the layers of homemade noodles were incredibly light, and tangy feta cheese was mixed in. My family, who are Italian, went crazy over it. The spinach and feta pide was like a Mediterranean pizza, with a delicious chewy crust and flavorful toppings. The rice pudding was the best ever! They actually bake it in the oven afterward, so the top is caramelized and browned. It took rice pudding to another level. They also have a small market where they sell so many products at very reasonable prices. I bought tea, Turkish coffee, olives, cookies, and garbanzo beans. I can't wait to go there and eat in their dining area. ps - the owners and their mom are so sweet and hospitable. The mom made me a cup of hot tea while I was waiting for the food. My new favorite place!!

Wonderful new gem located in Lindenhurst. The food was amazingly delicious, very generous portions. The owner and her mother were so friendly, they welcomed us with such warm hospitality. Cozy little atmosphere. We dined on the mixed grill and Turkish ravioli. We were treated to some Turkish tea and Shepherds Salad on the house. A must try if you are in the area and very worth the drive if you don't in Lindenhurst.

Very small, cute, casual and authentic Turkish restaurant on Montauk highway. Not a fancy place , but family run with care for their customers and pride in their family recipes and cuisine. Imagine being invited to your Turkish cousins house for dinner and that sums up the experience !

My partner in crime came across this little place a few weeks ago when he was in the shopping center so we decided to give it a try. We didn't realize the time when we walked in, it was after 8 and they close at 9 but the woman who greeted us said it was fine, no problem! She gave us a menu which is still a work in progress and brought out some Turkish pickles which I loved! We ordered babaganoush and stuffed grape leaves. The babaganoush was nice and creamy, we liked it a lot. The stuffed grape leaves were the best I've ever had! Different than the Greek type and in my opinion, better. The woman (I think she was the owner) also brought out a "Turkish pizza."There were onions, lettuce and tomato with it. She explained that it was usually rolled up and eaten like a burrito but since there were 2 of us, she cut it into 4 pieces. I loved it and would definitely order it the next time I come. We also each ordered a Pide. I did not know exactly what this was or even how to pronounce it. She told us it was pronounced peeday. So we got one each. We definitely over ordered, not realizing that they were each almost 2 ft long! Mine was called Veggie Paradise and it was paradise! It was a thin crust with potato, onions, feta cheese and mozzarella, almost like a calzone but open and much longer. It was delicious. My partner in crime got one with meat. The restaurant itself was not much to look at but the warmth and generosity of the woman we met, and the food which was obviously made with love and pride made up for that. She even made us some Turkish tea! All in all, the food was delicious and we were treated like family, there is nothing better than that!
